ABOUT THE PROGRAMME (DICM)

The CCM is going to organise Diploma in Cooperative Management for the academic year 2016-17.This programme has been declared as an essential qualification by JKSSRB for various posts in Cooperatives and allied Departments. It is preferential qualification for entry into cooperatives.

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

1. To develop change agents in cooperatives so that:

• The members and the leaders could participate effectively in the management of cooperative enterprise.

• Facilitate achievements of the enterprise goals by effective and timely managerial decisions.

1. To enrich the knowledge and improve the skills of personnel working in cooperative institutions/Departments by

• Upgrading their conceptual capabilities in understanding the managerial problems of their cooperative societies/ organizations and

• To develop healthy attitude for achieving excellence in cooperative Management.
